    December 8, 2025: Laurel, MD 20707

    In Monday's non-league contest, the host Laurel Spartans basketball team scored a big 76-54 triumph over the Central Falcons.

    The Spartans (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Blake (Silver Spring, MD). The Bengals go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Blake smashed Einstein (Kensington, MD), 101-27, in a non-league contest.

    In their next game, the Falcons confront the Northwestern Wildcats (Hyattsville, MD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Central will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 47-42 non-league loss to KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC).
