Oklahoma High School Basketball - Stigler victorious over Poteau

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Stigler Panthers basketball team scored a good 54-41 triumph over the Poteau Pirates.

The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK). The Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record.

The Pirates now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roland for a NOAA match on Tuesday, December 16. Poteau will face a Rangers squad coming off a 76-51 league win over Checotah (Checotah, OK). The Rangers record now stands at 2-0.
