The Lakeway Christian Academy Lions toppled the host Berean Christian basketball team by a tally of 48-35 in Monday's league game.

The Lions now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Christian Academy of Knoxville for a Division II-A East District 1 game on Tuesday, December 9. Lakeway Christian Academy will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 54-37 non-league win over McMinn Central (Englewood, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Berean Christian falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The host First Baptist Academy (Powell, TN) to play the Eagles in a Division II-A East District 1 bout on Thursday, December 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-4. First Baptist Academy won 49-28 in their recent league test against Providence Academy (Johnson City, TN)
