In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Lewis Academy Watchmen basketball team scored a close 50-45 win over the Gaston Greyhounds.
The Watchmen (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mannahouse Christian Academy (Portland, OR). The enter the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
The Greyhounds now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Catlin Gabel for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 9. Gaston will face a Eagles squad coming off a 17-15 non-league win over Delphian (Sheridan, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
