In Monday's non-league outing, the host Petaluma Trojans soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 win over the Novato Hornets.
The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Branson (Ross, CA). The Bulls come into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Branson was overwhelmed by Ukiah (Ukiah, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sonoma Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 9. Novato will clash with a Dragons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA). The Dragons record now stands at 1-0.
