Texas High School Basketball - Bridgeland tipped by Mansfield Summit

The Mansfield Summit Jaguars basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Bridgeland Bears to 53 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Jaguars now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dickinson for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 11. Mansfield Summit will meet a Gators team coming off a 65-53 non-league win over South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Gators record now stands at 15-0.

The Bears (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Harker Heights (Harker Heights, TX). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Harker Heights was nudged by Cypress Park (Cypress, TX), 69-61, in a non-league contest.
