Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN) and the visiting Annandale Cardinals (Annandale, MN), saw Becker's basketball squad hold off Annandale by a tally of 57-56.

With the victory, Becker improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Monticello (Monticello, MN) to play the Magic in a AAA Section 5 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Magic come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Cardinals play the Milaca Wolves (Milaca, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Annandale will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 67-52 non-league win over Spectrum (Elk River, MN).
