Booker Tornadoes (Sarasota, FL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bayshore Bruins (Bradenton, FL), 68-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Booker upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton, FL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Lakewood Ranch lost 83-69 in their recent non-league bout against Lakeland (Lakeland, FL)

Next up, the Bruins play the IMG Academy Silver Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Bayshore will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Ascenders go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 69-35 non-league win over Gulf Coast HEAT (Sarasota, FL).
