The Wells Warriors basketball team (Wells, ME), was overwhelmed 79-53 in Friday's league battle with the host Cape Elizabeth Capers (Cape Elizabeth, ME)
The Capers now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host York for a B South battle on Friday, December 16.
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Traip (Kittery, ME). The Rangers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Traip was routed by Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME), 52-35, in a league contest.
