Georgia High School Basketball - Greenbrier knocked off by Evans

The Evans Knights basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Greenbrier Wolfpack to 52 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Aiken for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Evans will meet a Thoroughbreds team coming off a 63-58 non-league loss to River Bluff (Lexington, SC). The Thoroughbreds record now stands at 4-1.
The Wolfpack (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Coffee (Douglas, GA). The Trojans enter the AAAAA Region 1 contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Coffee was defeated by Tift County (Tifton, GA), 61-44, in a non-league contest.
