    December 9, 2022: Casper, WY 82601

    Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY) and the visiting Green River Wolves (Green River, WY), saw Natrona County's basketball squad hold off Green River by a count of 58-57.

    With the victory, Natrona County upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Kelly Walsh (Casper, WY) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Kelly Walsh lost 64-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Central (Cheyenne, WY)

    Next up, the Wolves play the East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Green River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 62-40 non-league win over Evanston (Evanston, WY).
