Heartland Christian Saints (New Castle, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Laurel Panthers (West Harrison, IN), 77-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Heartland Christian upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Saints travel to Mooresville Christian (Mooresville, IN) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Mooresville Christian won 56-36 in their recent non-league bout against International (Indianapolis, IN)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Horizon Christian (Indianapolis, IN) in a Freelance bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Laurel will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record.
