The Mountain View Eagles (Kingsley, PA) basketball felled the host Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Conklin, NY), 59-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA). The Hawkeyes go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Hanover Area was beaten by Delaware Valley (Milford, PA), 65-57, in a non-league test.
The Sabers now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Seton Catholic Central for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 14. Susquehanna Valley will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 76-29 league win over Norwich (Norwich, NY). The Saints record now stands at 1-0.
