The Seneca Fighting Irish basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Woodland Warriors to 38 in the Fighting Irish league victory on Friday.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gardner-South Wilmington for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Seneca will battle a Panthers team coming off a 68-61 league loss to Donovan (Donovan, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-4.

The Warriors (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Indian Creek (Shabbona, IL). The Timberwolves come into the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Indian Creek was routed by Earlville (Earlville, IL), 51-25, in a league contest.
