Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ) and the visiting Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ), saw Gilbert's basketball squad wallop Westwood by a tally of 62-36.

With the victory, Gilbert improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 5-0.

Next up, the Warriors play the Cesar Chavez Champions (Laveen, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 12. Westwood will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
