Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA) and the visiting Baker County Bears (Newton, GA), saw Georgia Christian's basketball squad hold off Baker County by a count of 40-34.

With the victory, Georgia Christian upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Generals host Echols County (Statenville, GA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-4.

Next up, the Bears play the Highland Christian Academy EAGLES (Valdosta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Baker County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
