Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs (Hector, MN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Renville County West Jaguars (Renville, MN), 100-54 in a league bout.

With the victory, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Springfield (Springfield, MN) to play the Tigers in a A Section 2 bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Springfield lost 67-65 in their recent league bout against Sleepy Eye (Sleepy Eye, MN)

Next up, the Jaguars play the MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN) in a A Section 3 bout, on Monday, January 30. Renville County West will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
