Kansas High School Basketball - Hiawatha can't hold off Centralia

The Centralia Panthers basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Hiawatha Red Hawks to 38 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Onaga for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Centralia will battle a Buffaloes team coming off a 51-30 non-league win over Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, KS). The Buffaloes record now stands at 3-0.
The Red Hawks (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Nemaha Central (Seneca, KS). The Thunder go into the non-league outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Nemaha Central held off Holton (Holton, KS), 52-43, in a non-league outing.
