Palmer Bulldogs (Palmer, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Coolidge Yellowjackets (Coolidge, TX), 69-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Palmer upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hubbard (Hubbard, TX) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Hubbard won 38-36 in their recent non-league bout against Coolidge (Coolidge, TX)

Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the Grapeland Sandies (Grapeland, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Coolidge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Sandies go into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 42-13 non-league loss to Whitney (Whitney, TX).
