First Presbyterian Day Vikings (Macon, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Dublin Fighting Irish (Dublin, GA), 44-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, First Presbyterian Day upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Vikings host Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Creekside Christian Academy won 53-44 in their recent non-league bout against Jackson (Jackson, GA)

Next up, the Fighting Irish clash with the Peach County Trojans (Fort Valley, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Dublin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 78-39 non-league win over Crisp County (Cordele, GA).
