Dunbar Wildcats (Fort Worth, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Roosevelt Mustangs (Dallas, TX), 59-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Dunbar upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Stephenville (Stephenville, TX) to clash with the Yellow Jackets/Honeybees in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees go into the bout with a record of 14-2. Stephenville won 53-26 in their recent non-league bout against Rider (Wichita Falls, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Castleberry Lions (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 38-32 non-league win over Gainesville (Gainesville, TX).
