The Eastside Blazers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Prairie Heights Panthers to 17 in the Blazers league triumph on Friday.
The Blazers now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood Park Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Eastside will meet a Panthers team coming off a 54-44 non-league win over Fort Wayne Canterbury (Fort Wayne, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 4-6.
The Panthers (1-9) will now prepare for their outing against DeKalb (Waterloo, IN). The Barons go into the non-league outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, DeKalb smashed Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN), 58-47, in a non-league outing.
