West Virginia High School Basketball - John Marshall knocked off by Greater Beckley Christian

The Greater Beckley Christian Crusaders basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting John Marshall Monarchs to 53 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Crusaders now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mercer Christian Academy for a West Virginia Christian - A contest on Friday, December 16. Greater Beckley Christian will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 63-42 non-league win over Jefferson Christian Academy (Ripplemead, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-1.
The Monarchs (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Greenbrier East ran past Riverside (Belle, WV), 82-46, in a league contest.
