Georgia High School Basketball - Johnson County knocked off by Jenkins County

The Jenkins County War Eagles basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Johnson County Trojans to 31 in the War Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The War Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Screven County for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Jenkins County will battle a Gamecocks team coming off a 52-39 league loss to Claxton (Claxton, GA). The Gamecocks record now stands at 3-3.
The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Warren County (Warrenton, GA). The Screaming Devils enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Warren County ran past Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA), 54-42, in a non-league contest.
