Texas High School Basketball - Luling overwhelmed by Weimar

The Luling Eagles basketball team (Luling, TX), was overwhelmed 63-35 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Weimar Wildcats (Weimar, TX)

The Wildcats now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shiner for a 2A Region IV District 28 battle on Tuesday, December 13. Weimar will battle a Comanches team coming off a 47-37 non-league win over Goliad (Goliad, TX). The Comanches record now stands at 5-2.

The Eagles (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against Thrall (Thrall, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Thrall trounced Troy (Troy, TX), 50-44, in a non-league battle.
