Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA) and the visiting Winnfield Tigers (Winnfield, LA), saw Peabody's basketball squad overcome Winnfield by a tally of 55-42.

With the victory, Peabody improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Warhorses host Northwood (Lena, LA) to confront the Gators in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 5-3.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Rapides Mustangs (Lecompte, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Winnfield will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
