In Friday's non-league outing, the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 77-32.
The Spartans (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 0-6 record. In their last outing, Central Academy was trounced by Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 53-12, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Palisades for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 13. Ardrey Kell will clash with a Pumas squad coming off a 47-44 non-league loss to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas record now stands at 4-2.
