In Friday's non-league outing, the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV), by a margin of 67-18.

The Cougars (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Mustangs go into the outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Damonte Ranch was trounced by Douglas (Minden, NV), 65-46, in a league outing.

The Greenwave now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Valleys for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 14.
