Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rosemont Wolverine (Sacramento, CA), 58-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Elk Grove upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Thundering Herd travel to El Capitan (Merced, CA) to clash with the Gauchos in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Gauchos go into the bout with a record of 4-1. El Capitan won 60-45 in their recent non-league bout against Burbank (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Wolverine clash with the Yuba City Honkers (Yuba City, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Rosemont will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Honkers go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 67-58 non-league win over El Camino (Sacramento, CA).
