Hobson/Moore (Hobson, MT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Absarokee Huskies (Absarokee, MT), 49-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hobson/Moore upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The host Centerville (Sand Coulee, MT) to clash with the Miners in a C District 8 bout on Friday, January 12. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 2-0.

Next up, the Huskies clash with the Reed Point/Rapelje Renegades (Reed Point, MT) in a C District 6 bout, on Saturday, January 13. Absarokee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
