Atlantic Trojans (Atlantic, IA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Nodaway Valley Wolverines (Greenfield, IA), 72-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Atlantic upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Trojans host Kuemper (Carroll, IA) to play the Knights in a Hawkeye Ten bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Kuemper won 62-61 in their recent non-league bout against Van Meter (Van Meter, IA)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Lenox Tigers (Lenox, IA) in a Pride of Iowa bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Nodaway Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
