Iowa High School Basketball - East Marshall routs B-G-M

In Saturday's non-league outing, the East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA), by a count of 71-39.
The Mustangs (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against AGWSR (Ackley, IA). The Cougars go into the North Iowa Cedar - West outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, AGWSR was crushed by Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA), 65-20, in a league outing.
The Bears now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lynnville-Sully for a South Iowa Cedar outing on Monday, December 11. B-G-M will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 71-69 league win over North Mahaska (New Sharon, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-0.
