Indiana High School Basketball - Bowman Academy nudges Phalen Leadership Academy

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Bowman Academy Eagles (Gary, IN) basketball squad edged the visiting Phalen Leadership Academy Falcon (Indianapolis, IN), by a count of 71-70.

The Eagles (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Lake Station Edison (Lake Station, IN). The Fighting Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Lake Station Edison was tipped by Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN), 53-44, in a league outing.

The Falcon now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Richmond for a non-league outing on Friday, December 15. Phalen Leadership Academy will clash with a Red Devils squad coming off a 77-29 non-league win over Talawanda (Oxford, OH). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-0.
