Minnesota High School Basketball - Buffalo ripped by Mankato East

The Mankato East Cougars basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Buffalo Bison to 51 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Ulm for a AAA Section 2 contest on Thursday, December 14. Mankato East will battle a Eagles team coming off a 88-72 league win over St. Peter (St. Peter, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
The Bison (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rogers (Rogers, MN). The Royals enter the AAAA Section 8 contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Rogers triumphed over Spring Lake Park (Spring Lake Park, MN), 86-65, in a non-league contest.
