Texas High School Basketball - Somerville can't hold off Dawson

The Dawson Bulldogs basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Somerville Yeguas to 51 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centerville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Dawson will battle a Tigers team coming off a 78-63 non-league loss to Crockett (Crockett, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 7-3.
The Yeguas (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Holland (Holland, TX). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Holland was nudged by Thrall (Thrall, TX), 72-47, in a non-league contest.
