Jefferson Bulldogs (Jefferson, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host De Kalb Bears (De Kalb, TX), 52-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Atlanta (Atlanta, TX) to play the Rabbits in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Rabbits go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Atlanta won 81-57 in their recent non-league bout against Hemphill (Hemphill, TX)

Next up, the Bears play the Hughes Springs Mustangs (Hughes Springs, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. De Kalb will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
