Live Oak Eagles (Watson, LA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Doyle Tigers (Livingston, LA), 73-67 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Live Oak upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Eagles host Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA) to clash with the Green Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Green Devils go into the bout with a record of 7-2.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Doyle will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
