Ohio High School Basketball - Southeast can't hold off East Canton

The East Canton Hornets basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Southeast Pirates to 50 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hornets now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conotton Valley for a Inter-Valley contest on Tuesday, December 12. East Canton will battle a Rockets team coming off a 40-26 league loss to Claymont (Uhrichsville, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 0-3.
The Pirates (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Center Christian (Hartville, OH). The Tiger enter the Portage Trail contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Lake Center Christian nudged Heartland Christian (Columbiana, OH), 82-57, in a non-league contest.
