Tennessee High School Basketball - Independence holds off Farragut

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) and the host Farragut Admirals (Knoxville, TN), saw Independence's basketball squad hold off Farragut by a tally of 67-60.
With the victory, Independence improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Cougars in a 4A Southwestern challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Charlotte Catholic won 63-52 in their recent league challenge against Providence (Charlotte, NC)
Next up, the Admirals confront the Sevier County Smoky Bears (Sevierville, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Farragut will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
