Iowa High School Basketball - Postville crushes Grand Meadow

Postville Pirates (Postville, IA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Grand Meadow Superlarks (Grand Meadow, MN), 75-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Postville upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Kee (Lansing, IA) to play the Kee Hawks in a Upper Iowa bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Kee Hawks come into the bout with a record of 5-0.
Next up, the Superlarks play the Mabel-Canton Cougars (Mabel, MN) in a A Section 1 bout, on Thursday, December 14. Grand Meadow will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 59-51 non-league loss to South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA).
