Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ponca Indians (Ponca, NE) and the host Irene/Wakonda Eagles (Irene, SD), saw Ponca's basketball squad wallop Irene/Wakonda by a tally of 53-19.
With the victory, Ponca improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Laurel-Concord-Coleridge (Laurel, NE) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Laurel-Concord-Coleridge won 68-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Tri County Northeast (Emerson, NE)
