Texas High School Basketball - Waller can't hold off Lumberton

The Lumberton Raiders basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Waller Bulldogs to 57 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Raiders now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamshire-Fannett for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Lumberton will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 65-53 non-league win over Madisonville (Madisonville, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 10-4.
The Bulldogs (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Bridgeland (Cypress, TX). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Bridgeland was nudged by Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX), 60-48, in a non-league contest.
