The Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX) basketball nipped the host Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX), 64-60 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Steele (Cibolo, TX). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 12-2 record.

The Trojans now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Byron Nelson for a non-league test on Friday, December 15.
