California High School Basketball - Piedmont Hills trounces Yerba Buena

December 9, 2023: San Jose, CA 95122

The Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA) basketball crushed the host Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors (San Jose, CA), 77-38 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Evergreen Valley bounced Lincoln (San Jose, CA), 75-38, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Aztec Warriors confront the Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Yerba Buena will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 41-38 non-league win over Westmont (Campbell, CA).
