In Saturday's non-league outing, the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA), by a margin of 78-51.
The Cadets (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Gonzaga (Washington, DC). The Eagles go into the DCSAA AA outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, Gonzaga smashed Georgetown Prep (North Bethesda, MD), 72-58, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fairfax for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 12. Westfield will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 48-41 non-league loss to McLean (McLean, VA). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.
