Beggs Demons (Beggs, OK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Shidler Tigers (Shidler, OK), 52-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Beggs upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Demons host Eufaula (Eufaula, OK) to clash with the Ironheads in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Ironheads go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Eufaula won 60-23 in their recent non-league bout against Vian (Vian, OK)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Woodland Cougars (Fairfax, OK) in a Northern Oklahoma bout, on Thursday, December 14. Shidler will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 60-25 non-league loss to Frontier (Red Rock, OK).
