Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Calabasas Coyotes (Calabasas, CA), 76-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Crescenta Valley upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Falcons host Hoover (Glendale, CA) to play the Tornados in a Pacific bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Tornados go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Hoover lost 57-20 in their recent league bout against Pasadena (Pasadena, CA)

Next up, the Coyotes play the Campbell Hall Vikings (North Hollywood, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Calabasas will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 52-48 non-league loss to Notre Dame Academy (Los Angeles, CA).
