Massachusetts High School Basketball - Somerset Prep crushes Central

Somerset Prep (North Lauderdale, FL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Central Golden Eagles (Springfield, MA), 57-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Somerset Prep upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The travel to King's Academy (West Palm Beach, FL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-1. King's Academy won 69-51 in their recent league bout against Somerset College Prep Academy (Port St. Lucie, FL)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Pittsfield Generals (Pittsfield, MA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 49-39 non-league loss to Northampton (Northampton, MA).
