In Saturday's non-league outing, the Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets (Estherville, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA), by a margin of 64-29.
The Midgets (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Newell-Fonda (Newell, IA). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, Newell-Fonda smashed East Sac County (Lake View, IA), 68-24, in a league outing.
The Pioneers now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Unity Christian for a Siouxland outing on Tuesday, December 12. Okoboji will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 56-37 league loss to Rock Valley (Rock Valley, IA). The Knights record now stands at 2-2.
