The Granite basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Gracemont Lions to 36 in the non-league victory on Saturday.
The now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Duke for a Freelance contest on Tuesday, December 12. Granite will battle a Tigers team coming off a 79-18 non-league loss to Sterling (Sterling, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 1-6.
The Lions (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Verden (Verden, OK). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Verden prevailed over Union City (Union City, OK), 51-25, in a non-league contest.
